The 9th International Macadamia Symposium (IMS’23) is excited to announce an exceptional lineup of renowned speakers, both local and international, who will bring their expertise and insights to this prestigious event.

Taking place from 18 – 21 September 2023, the IMS’23 promises to be a captivating gathering of macadamia industry professionals, researchers, and enthusiasts from around the globe.
Lizel Pretorius, CEO of Macadamias South Africa NPC (SAMAC) and representative of IMS’23 committee, has expressed her excitement regarding the captivating evening functions offered by the IMS. These events have been thoughtfully designed to foster networking opportunities and create an immersive experience for all participants.

To support this vision, we are thrilled to welcome the world-renowned Drum Café on 19 September 2023, who will ignite our delegates’ spirits with their exhilarating Interactive drumming session. This immersive experience allows participants to embrace the vibrant rhythm and energy of Africa, celebrating the rich cultural heritage of our host country.”

On 20 September 2023 we will close off Under African Stars with a Cocktail Event next to the Zimbali swimming pool.
